These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and services provided by Clinic Dial AI LLC, doing business as 297 Systems ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
We provide marketing systems for local contracting and home service businesses. Depending on the plan you select, services may include:
- A custom business website
- Automated missed call text-back
- A review request and routing system
- Google Business Profile automation
- Customer remarketing and referral sequences
- Mobile app access for managing leads, messages, and reviews
The specific services included in your engagement are set out in your service agreement.
Fees and Payment
Fees are as set out in your service agreement. Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis to the payment method on file unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are subject to change with 30 days' written notice.
Term and Cancellation
Services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.
Client Responsibilities
To deliver our services, you agree to provide accurate business information and timely access to accounts we need (such as your domain registrar and Google Business Profile).
Certain features require action on your part. In particular, review requests are initiated by you entering a customer's name and phone number; the request, routing, and follow-up sequence then run automatically.
You are responsible for ensuring that any customer contact information you provide to us was lawfully obtained and that you have the necessary consent to contact those customers.
Ownership
You own your business data, contact lists, and any reviews generated through the system. We retain ownership of the underlying software, templates, and systems used to deliver the services.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or unsolicited communications, or in any way that violates applicable law, including telecommunications and anti-spam regulations.
Disclaimer
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we work to deliver effective marketing systems, we do not guarantee any specific business result, revenue figure, ranking, or number of leads or reviews.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Third Party Services
Our services rely on third party platforms and providers. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or discontinuation of those third party services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and we will update the "Last updated" date above.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
